All shipping costs are covered by Sahul & Sunda, and we ship worldwide.

Domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post Express and international orders via DHL Express; all orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment being received. Domestic delivery is typically 3–5 business days from dispatch, while international delivery times vary by destination — all timeframes are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

A tracking number will be provided by email upon dispatch, and all shipments are fully insured against loss or damage in transit.

Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD); domestic sales include GST, while sales to international buyers are GST-free. For international orders, the purchaser is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees levied by the destination country.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us at info@sahulandsunda.com within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence and we will resolve the matter promptly.

At Sahul & Sunda, we understand that purchasing a piece of art is a big decision. We are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase and offer a no-questions-asked return policy.

If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your artwork for a full refund of the purchase price by notifying us at info@sahulandsunda.com within 10 days of receiving your order.

The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return freight. We strongly recommend using a fully tracked and insured service, as Sahul & Sunda is not liable for artworks lost or damaged in return transit. Artworks must be returned within 30 days of the date of receipt.

To be eligible for a refund, artworks must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging and accompanying documentation (including the Certificate of Authenticity). For wearable art items, all hanging tags must remain intact and the item must not have been worn or used. We reserve the right to refuse a return if an artwork is returned in a damaged or materially different condition.

Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Artwork Availability
All artworks listed are subject to availability. If an artwork is unavailable following your order, we will notify you promptly and arrange a full refund.
Authenticity
Every artwork purchased from Sahul & Sunda is accompanied by a stamped Certificate of Authenticity providing information about the artwork and the artist.

All content on this website - including images, artwork reproductions, text, logos, and design - is owned by or licensed to Sahul & Sunda and is protected by Australian and international copyright law.
